Responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls and enquiries from customers (approx. 40-60 per day)
- Suggesting/recommending products, checking pricing and stock availabilities
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing orders
- Resolving customer complaints and presenting solutions
- Updating and following up with customers
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in a similar customer service role (dealing with products)
- Exposure to electrical/technical products is highly regarded
- Confident in driving new sales and growth opportunities (through existing customer base - NOT cold calling)
- Strong relationship builder
- Adaptable to different personalities
- Intermediate across MS Office Suite
