enthusiastic and experienced, we are now seeking an experienced, seasoned and professional
Reservations Agent to join our small reservations team based at
Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. Key elements of this role include:
- Handling reservations inquiries for Heron Island, Wilson Island plus sister properties in Canada
- Entering of reservations for all properties TravelClick and Oracle ORS systems
- Assisting Travel Agents with their client inquiries, bookings and confirmations
- Coordinating bookings, amendments and cancellations across all properties
- Coordinate with Heron Island Front Office for specific guest requests
Essential to this role is:
- Being an enthusiastic, supportive team player
- Professional telephone manner, confident
- Definite experience in reservations
- TravelClick experience a certain advantage
- Opera/Oracle ORS expertise welcomed
- A passion for great customer service
