Our client is a national service provider of building management and maintenance services to a large variety of clients and this role will ensure provision of the highest quality service across their portfolio.
The Role:
AustCorp are assisting our client to find a skilled Business or Data Analyst with experience in analysis of systems, business performance, trends and root cause analysis, to drive continuous improvement and provide reporting on targets and monthly outcomes.
The Successful Person will have experience in:
- Designing and developing dashboards
- Business Process Reviews and Business Process Mapping
- Using business intelligence systems such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
- Data Validation, visualisation and reporting
- Business Analysis - trends analysis, root cause identification, processes
- Strong problem solving skills to provide recommendations for change and solutions to complex data or reporting issues
- Undertake scope definition, requirements gathering, test cases and provide periodic reporting to senior stakeholders
Criteria:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong Report creation and Dashboard creation skills
- Advanced skills in the use systems and databases such as Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Crytsal Reports etc.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Experience coordinating and conducting training and producing training materials
