Paxus is currently seeking an experienced System Desktop Team Leader for an initial 6 month contract with extension options based in Canberra.

About the role:

This is a technical team leader role where you will be managing a small team with a diverse portfolio of work covering both operational support and project activities. The role requires a creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement an innovative & robust operations model for the departments offices worldwide.

About you:

• Extensive experience with 3^rd level desktop support
• Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies across complex global environment
• Operation experience with tool set management such as application packaging, SCOM, SCCM, SCSM, antivirus, PowerShell, RSA MFA, SSL CA & PKI, Active Directory and Citrix
• Experience with Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management
• A high level of organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage multiple high priority items in a fast-paced environment
