About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Stapylton. To be successful, you will have excellent computer, communication and time management skills as well as the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Generate dispatch documentation
- Schedule transport collections and delivery times
- Manage administrative tasks associated with customer sales orders
- Update Freight Management and Warehouse Management Systems
- Ensure the accuracy of all transport and pallet invoices
- General administrative support
To be successful you will have the following: - Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment is critical
- Intermediate to advanced skills with excel
- Experience with SAP desirable
- Great work ethic and a high level of commitment
